About
All the daily programs of the TIFF festival combine features and short film all formats and genres - fiction, documentary, animation and experimental. Open to any filmmaker from around the world, TIFF showcases new cinematic work by established directors with international reputations as well as work by talented students and young artists.
TIFF provides time in its daily schedule for classes and seminars with professionals in the motion picture industry geared for Albanian students of the cinema and emerging filmmakers.

Rules
- Films in competition must have been completed on or after 1st January 2024.
- Feature films may not be shorter than seventy (70) minutes in length. Short films may not exceed thirty (30) minutes in length.
- All films in competition must be an Albanian premiere.
- Feature films must not be shorter than sixty (60) minutes in length. Middle Length Documentary 30’−60’ Short films must not exceed thirty (30) minutes in length.
- Subtitles language: English

Entries of documentary films are invited to take part in competition in all formats of video and digital. All topics, style and production technologies can be submitted. Competition will be separate in Mid Length Documentary (30’ - 60’) and in Short films (must not exceed thirty (30) minutes in length.)
