1. Data Operator
This Consent is given to Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Andreevich Zolotukhin (TIN: 22212198550050, OKPO: 33960985), hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”.
2. Categories of Personal Data
Consent is granted for the processing of the following categories of personal data:
2.1. Data provided by the User voluntarily:
Surname, first name, patronymic, email address, phone number, and other information entered in the Website forms that allows identifying the data subject.
2.2. Data automatically transmitted during the use of the Website (cookies and technical data):
Date and time of access, URLs of visited pages, referral source, information about behavior on the Website, device type, browser type, operating system, geolocation data (if permitted), provider data, referrer, technical information on errors, downloaded files, and other technical data transmitted by web analytics services.
2.3. IP address and IP address statistics.
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the purposes of:

During processing, the Operator may perform:

5. User Confirmations
5.1. The User confirms that they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy of IE Zolotukhin I.A.
5.2. The User is notified that transfer of personal data to third parties is possible to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Website and compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5.3. The User is informed of the right to withdraw consent under parts 5 and 6 of Article 79 of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic by sending a written request by registered mail or via email: info@festagent.com.
5.4. The User is notified that, in case of withdrawal of consent, the Operator may continue processing the data if permitted on the grounds provided in points 1–11 of part 2 of Article 80 and points 1–7 of part 2 of Article 81 of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. Term of Consent
The Consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of provision and may be withdrawn by the User in the manner specified in clause 5.3.
7. Moment of Consent Provision
The moment of submitting any form by the User on the Website is considered the moment of formation and provision of this Consent.
