We value long-term relationships with our clients and provide a refund policy. If you wish to cancel the service, please send your request to info@festagent.com.

1. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only available within 10 days from the date of payment.
Refunds apply solely to the fee for access to the festival catalog.
Payments made via bank transfer are not covered by the 10-day refund guarantee. In such cases, you must contact your bank directly.

2. Refund Process

Refunds are processed through the Freedom Pay system and are linked to the specific payment transaction.
Once a refund is issued, access to the catalog will be revoked.
Refund processing may take up to 20 business days from the moment the refund is confirmed.

3. Important Notes

We are not responsible for bank commissions, fees, or overdrafts. Any such issues must be resolved directly with your bank.
Catalog access is provided immediately after payment. Refunds are issued only for the access fee.
