Rules
- Films must have been completed in the year prior to the festival;
- Priority is given to new work and world premieres, but not exclusively.

- All films must be submitted through a secure URL link.
Additional Information
The winner of the short film competition automatically qualifies for the OSCAR competition for the Best Short Film.
