Our mission is to produce community events, educational programs, and films that spark discussion, debate, and action.
Selected feature filmmakers will be given an honorarium (screening fee), and will also be provided with accommodations. We invite and encourage all participating filmmakers to attend.

Rules
All submissions MUST include:
- A link to an online version of the film
- A short synopsis of your film (80-100 words)
- Your contact information
- The MVFF entry fee can be paid via PayPal

We program family-friendly short films for kids. To qualify, your film must be UNDER 30 MINUTES in length, and appropriate for all ages, ideally for ages 2-12.
