International short film festival in Białystok.
About
ZubrOFFka is an open event not restricted by anything and the one that respects distinctness and variety so characteristic for the region of Podlasie. It is a meeting place of open-minded artists, people with sense of humor, valuing nature and its creations. The festival tries to provide a platform for exchanging ideas and thoughts and enables creative meetings of artists from eastern and western countries, both film professionals and amateurs.
International competitions:
- Eastward Window – the competition for the best independent film from former socialist countries, such as Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, Slovakia, etc;
- Whole Wide World – directed to artists from all over the world – with the exception of those participating in national and Eastward Window contest;
- Kids competition,
- competition for the best MUSIC VIDEO.
National competitions:
- Students – competition for the best student film made in Polish film and art schools;
- Amateurs – competition directed to amateur artists making their auteur films although they have not graduated from any film school;
- Independent – competition directed to independent artists, film and art school graduates making auteur cinema.
In addition to competition screenings the festival aims to present a series of film and music attractions from all over the world.
Rules
- One film may be submitted only in one competition.
- The Participants in the competition must be over 15 years old and be involved in making films.
- The film cannot be longer than 30 minutes,
- For the competition one cannot submit films made before the year 2022 nor those submitted for the previous editions of the Festival.

- through our website www.zubroffka.pl providing link with the film (with hard subtitles in English) vimeo with password and attachments by email.
