About
ZubrOFFka is an open event not restricted by anything and the one that respects distinctness and variety so characteristic for the region of Podlasie. It is a meeting place of open-minded artists, people with sense of humor, valuing nature and its creations. The festival tries to provide a platform for exchanging ideas and thoughts and enables creative meetings of artists from eastern and western countries, both film professionals and amateurs.
