About

SorsiCorti born from the passion for cinema and a desire to explore trails innovative and experimental short films. The wine, excellent product of Sicily and a symbol of conviviality, accompanying the Festival since its inception. Since 2010 SorsiCorti has managed to become showcase of works submitted from different parts of Europe (Spain, France, England, Germany), and also from the rest of the world, such as Asia, Australia and America.

Awards

A special jury will award the best short film for each section and an absolute winner.

Rules

Films made after 01.01.2020.

Each author may submit one work per category.

Videomakers may choose to participate in the Festival by loading their short film on Movibeta, Filmfreeway or Festhome and filling the entry form on the selected platform. Entry form available also on www.sorsicorti.it.

Videomakers are also to provide;

english subtitles in .srt format (mandatory); italian subtitles in .srt format (if available);
2 high-resolution images (300 dpi, size of the base at least 20 cm = 7,8 inch; format .jpg or .tif), to be chosen from one frame, one scene photos or poster;
A close-up photos of the director (300 dpi, size of the base at least 12 cm = 4,7 inch; format .jpg or .tif)
