"Love in every heart" is an international film festival that presents short film about love.
Aims of the festival:
- to form the united cultural space
- to create conditions for development of Russian cultural potential
- to encourage talented filmmakers
- to define tendencies of modern cultural development
- to support cultural exchanges
- to strengthen cultural ties

Rules
- Films or video clips completed within 5 years before the festival date.
- Application is to be sent by email.
- Pay for the application via bank transfer through the settlement account.
- With an application you are to send a screening link to the film or video clip or downloaded link on the Internet resource.
