The festival allows children and young people with disabilities to be included in active social life. Using the methods of creating a simple movie, each participant, despite their limitations, receives the necessary means to express their inner world.

The objectives of the festival:

• Facilitating the development of creative abilities of children and the youth with disabilities, discovering young talents, supporting creatively gifted children;
• expanding communication opportunities for children and the youth with disabilities in the creative environment, establishing contacts between specialists in the field of children's creative activities, discussing the psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional activity;
• raising awareness in the society and attracting attention to creative activities of children and the youth with disabilities as a form of their self-expression and self-realization.

One feature of the festival is the additional establishment of the children's jury and the expert council of art therapists and psychologists. The festival welcomes Russian and foreign films of all genres, created by children and young people with disabilities or with their actual participation.

Within the framework of the festival, a competition for the best festival promotion video will also be held. The purpose of this competition is to encourage the co-operation of film studios for children with disabilities.

• Certificates of honor to all participants of the film festival
• Named cups to winners in the nominations

In addition, special prizes and awards will be established, including the spectators’ appreciation award and the children's jury award.

Rules

• Children and young people with disability status who are under 24 years old are invited to participate in the Film Festival.
• The participation of art unions with the support of family members of a festival participant, creative groups, teachers is also welcomed.
• In order to create an inclusive environment, friendly children's film studios who help with organizing and conducting the festival by making their own films and / or doing some voluntary work are invited to participate in the competition as well.
• Films of any genre can be presented at the festival. The year the movie was made does not matter.
• It is preferable that the duration of animated films and films of other genres does not exceed 6 minutes and 13 minutes respectively.

Films that are not in Russian are accepted with English or Russian subtitles.
