MIFF is a Film Festival established to showcase the best fictional, factual and animated endeavours from across the world. This will be a great opportunity for audiences to watch films from talented filmmakers either from a Muslim background or from those creating content themed around Muslim life. The MIFF aims to help emerging film-makers to access opportunities to further their careers. With a focus on recognising and supporting diverse talent, the festival brings together film-makers with the movers and shakers in the industry, enabling emerging artists to break into the mainstream.
The MIFF will be taking place in the heart of London commencing with an opening night red carpet gala attended by high profile supporters followed by seminars addressing key issues of the industry and bringing together industry professionals with established and emerging artists. With a carefully curated selection of shortlisted concluding with a red carpet gala evening followed by an awards ceremony. The MIFF will become the event to witness promising new and diverse talent, showcasing ground-breaking story-telling and visually stunning film.
