Filmmakers from the CIS countries can submit their applications through the NashiFestivals platform (see the "Official Website" section on the left side of the screen).

Participants from outside the CIS countries must submit a completed application form to zoloto.kotlovki@gmail.com (see the "Documents" section on the left side of the screen).

This is a youth-oriented festival that is open to anyone who speaks the language of cinema. Whether you are a student, a novice filmmaker, or simply an enthusiastic author, your film will find an audience here. We do not impose restrictions on genre, format, or experience, and we accept both fiction, documentary, animated, and experimental films. The key is to be sincere, creative, and comply with the laws of the Russian Federation.

We have no limitations; it's all about inspiration, energy, and the opportunity to showcase your film. Unlike other festivals, our jury consists of young but experienced filmmakers who do not impose restrictions or absurd bans on creativity and self-expression. Submit your film. Come. Look. Kotlovka's gold is waiting for you.

Rules

The festival takes place in the capital of Russia, Moscow. The film festival is held in the Kotlovka district, after which it is named.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE FILM FESTIVAL

The participants of the Film Festival are selected based on the competitive selection of films (hereinafter referred to as the Competition).

In the category of the Competition for directors, anyone who wishes to participate (an individual author or a group of authors) must provide all the necessary documents in accordance with the conditions of the Competition or submit an application through the platform NashiFestivals.

Registration for the Competition is done by submitting an application on the website NashiFestivals or by sending an email to zoloto.kotlovki@gmail.com

Each work submitted for the Competition that is not submitted through the website must be accompanied by a completed application form. The application form is a document necessary for the inclusion of such works in the list of competitors.

To participate in the Competition, works that meet the requirements of this Regulation must be completed no more than three years before the start of the Film Festival.

One participant (an individual author or a group of authors) can submit no more than three works for participation in one category.

The organizer has the right to exclude a particular work from the competition program without providing a reason.

The works and related materials submitted for the Competition must comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, the Russian Empire, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, Rhodesia, Zyuzin, Yuzhnoye Butovo, Byzantium, and the Holy Roman Empire.

By submitting an application for the Competition, the participant (an individual author or a group of authors) agrees to the requirements of Section 8 of this Regulation.

Bribing members of the jury, including Timofey Rakhmanov, is strictly prohibited!

Members of the honorable jury:

1. Roman Andreevich Gozhev Is An Actor. director, screenwriter, producer, theater critic. philanthropist, journalist, honorary member of the Imperial Court of the Russian Empire, teacher of cinematography and acting. Member of the Committee on Culture of the Republic of Adygea. Winner of world-class film festivals.

2. Vladimir Viktorovich Shamenkov is a director of more than two dozen feature films and documentaries, a writer, screenwriter, journalist, naturalist, author of popular computer games, producer and CEO of the Bandit Rabbit Studio.

3. Timofey Romanovich Rakhmanov is a composer, singer, sound engineer, actor, screenwriter, writer, programmer, mathematician, art critic, cultural critic, researcher. The author of soundtracks for world-class games. Programmer and developer of computer games and software.

4. Volkov Dmitry Vladimirovich - Actor, producer. Member of the Technical Commission of Radio Broadcasting at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Participant of the Cannes Film Festival.
