The Gold of Kotlovka Film Festival is a space of free creativity and live cinema!

This is a youth festival open to anyone who speaks the language of cinema: whether you are a student, an aspiring director or just an enthusiastic author, your film will find its audience here. We do not set limits on genre, format, or experience. We accept game, documentary, animation, and experimental works. The main thing is sincerity, creativity and compliance with the law of the Russian Federation.

We have no limits - just inspiration, energy and the opportunity to show your movie! Unlike other festivals, our jury consists of the same young but experienced filmmakers who do not put limits and ridiculous prohibitions on creativity and self-expression. Send the film. Come. Look. The gold of the Pot is waiting for you.

The competition is held in two age categories: from 18 to 25 years old and from 25 to 40 years old inclusive. Each age group has its own nominations.

Rules

The festival will be held in Moscow, on the territory of the creative art space on the right bank of the Kotlovka River under the open sky! The screening of the finalist films of the festival will be carried out directly outdoors through a projector, in an atmosphere of creativity and festival spirit in the best traditions of Hollywood!

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FILM FESTIVAL

The participants of the Film Festival are determined on the basis of a Competitive selection of films (hereinafter referred to as the Competition). Anyone (an individual author or a group of authors) between the ages of 18 and 25 who has submitted all the documents in accordance with the terms of the Competition is eligible to participate in the Competition category for directors from 18 to 25 years old.

In the category of the Competition for directors from 25 to 40 years old, anyone (an individual author or a group of authors) aged 25 to 40 years old, inclusive, who submitted documents in accordance with the terms of the Competition, has the right to accept. Each competition entry must be accompanied by a completed competition application. The application is a document required for the inclusion of works in the list of contestants. Works that meet the requirements of these Regulations are accepted for participation in the Competition, the production of which is completed no later than three years before the start date of the First Film Festival. One participant (an individual author or a group of authors) can submit no more than 3 works to the Competition for participation in one nomination.

The organizer has the right not to include a particular work in the competition program without explaining the reasons. The works and related materials submitted to the Competition must comply with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation, the Russian Empire, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, Rhodesia, Zyuzin, Yuzhny Butov, Byzantium and the Holy Roman Empire. All works are accepted for FREE. Submitting an application in the Competition means the consent of the participant (individual author or group of authors) 

can submit to the Competition no more than 3 works for participation in one nomination.

3. Timofey Romanovich Rakhmanov is a composer, singer, sound engineer, actor, screenwriter, writer, programmer, mathematician, art critic, cultural critic, researcher. The author of soundtracks for world-class games. Programmer and developer of computer games and software.

4. Volkov Dmitry Vladimirovich - Actor, producer. Member of the Technical Commission of Radio Broadcasting at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Participant of the Cannes Film Festival.
