The Film Festival is a screening of short films; a non-commercial cultural event aimed at patriotic, spiritual and moral education of the younger generation; involvement of children and youth in creative activities, increasing their civic engagement and combining the creative efforts of young filmmakers in search of relevant topics promoting the ideas of patriotism, peace, kindness and humanism. Participation is FREE! All the works of the participants of the film festival will be posted and promoted on the festival's social media accounts (In Contact, Odnoklassniki, Youtube channel, Tick-Tok), which will allow maximum viewing of the works submitted for participation in the festival. The works of the winners of the film festival and the most interesting films can be posted on the Internet sites of youth centers of military-patriotic education, public organizations engaged in patriotic activities, and used for viewing as educational materials
All participants of the film festival will be awarded with diplomas of the festival. Up to three winners can be awarded in each category of each age category by the decision of the jury. The winner of the main nomination of the Grand Prix Film Festival can be only one best film of the festival, regardless of age category. The winner of the Audience Award nomination is determined based on the results of online voting, which takes place on the festival's social media accounts (In Contact, YouTube channel, Odnoklassniki). The "Audience Award" is awarded to the participant whose work has received the most votes from users of social networks. Sponsors and partners of the film festival, in agreement with the jury, establish additional prizes or cash prizes to reward distinguished participants and winners.
Short films, videos, animated films, music videos corresponding to the theme of the festival are accepted for participation in the film festival.
The works created not earlier than January 1, 2020 are considered. The jury evaluates the submitted films and determines the winners in two age categories of participants:
Category 1: from 8 to 14 years old (as of the date of filling out the application);
Category 2: from 15 years to 21 years (on the date of filling out the application) in the following nominations for each age category:
- The best film about the hero of the Fatherland; - Best Animated Film;
- Best Documentary;
- Best Feature Film;
- Best Music Video;
- The best social video (video report);
- Best Director's work;
- The best editing and computer graphics.
Up to 3 (three) winners (prize-winners)
in the program "Adults for children" authors over the age of 21 with professional films (video works) in two categories:
- "The best feature film";
- "Best Music Video".

Technical requirements for the film: duration from 30 sec. up to 15 minutes.

The number of participants-creators of the film is not limited (one author or a team of authors).
A separate Application is submitted for each film. Films without Applications are not accepted.
