The purpose of the Festival is to develop cinematography in the Adygea.
About
The main purpose of the Festival is to develop national cinematography in the Republic of Adygea, to involve young people in cultural projects, to identify and support talents in the field of cinematography. The festival is aimed at strengthening the all-Russian civic identity and unity of the multinational people of the Russian Federation, patriotic education of citizens, harmonization of interethnic relations and strengthening friendship between peoples Preservation and promotion of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, preservation and popularization of the intangible ethno-cultural heritage of the Russian Federation, which corresponds to the implementation of measures of the state national policy of the Russian Federation

Prizes are awarded in each nomination.
Special prizes and prizes from sponsors can be added to the official prizes of the Festival.
Sponsors and public organizations have the right to establish special prizes.
Sponsors are given the right to place their own information and logo in the promotional materials of the Festival, to participate as honorary guests in the events of the Festival.
The copyright of the films presented at the Festival is reserved for the authors of the respective films.
All participants receive participant diplomas.
The winning films will be shown as part of the celebration of the Republic of Adygea Day.
Films submitted to the Festival can subsequently be used by the organizers of the Festival free of charge in non-profit social programs for educational and educational purposes, in charity events and other volunteer projects with an indication of the author and a link to his participation in the Festival.
Rules
Feature films, documentaries and animated films are accepted for participation in the Festival. Both professional cinematographers and amateurs, individual authors and groups of authors can take part in the Festival. The application for participation is submitted together with consent to the processing of personal data, as well as a filmographic card for each film, including information about the creators of the film, audio-visual materials (teaser, poster), a short synopsis, biography and filmography of the director (in Russian), a photo of the director (Appendices 1-3) by e-mail zhuravlevaamalidze@gmail.com . The age of the participants is unlimited. The timing is unlimited. The quality of the film must be at least HD 1280x720. Films must contain titles: - the name of the film; - information about the filmmakers and the creative team. The film must have the following specifications: - video format – mp4, avi, wmv, mpg, mov; - frame resolution of at least 1280×720 pixels; - video bitrate is not more than 6000 kbit/sec;
- frame rate of at least 25 frames/sec;
- audio frequency of at least 44.1 kHz, stereo;
- audio bitrate is not more than 300 kbit/sec;
- other parameters are not regulated.
Each film can be submitted in only one nomination;
One participant can submit several works in different nominations, but the Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept them into the festival program.
Films of Russian and foreign production created no earlier than 2022 are allowed to participate.
Films presented in dialects of the Adyghe language and foreign languages must be accompanied by subtitles in Russian.
Films submitted to the Festival must not contain propaganda of violence, national, racial and religious intolerance.
Participation in the Festival is free of charge (without registration fees).
For the participants of the Festival, accommodation, meals and transportation costs are at the expense of the sending party.
Films that have previously been shown in the programs of other festivals can participate in the competition.
Participation in the film festival and sending an application for participation presupposes agreement with all points of this Regulation.
The films presented at the Festival may reflect in an original and artistic form one of the proposed themes:
Adygea is a republic with a unique nature, history and culture.

Adygea is a territory of peace, friendship and harmony.
The people of Adygea, their path and destiny.
The origin of geographical names of natural places of Adygea in myths and legends.

Promotion of counteraction to terrorism, extremism, promotion of a healthy lifestyle and prevention of drug addiction among young people.

The founder of the Festival is the Representative Office of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Adygea (Hereinafter – the Founder)
1.3 The Regulations and amendments thereto are approved by the Founders of the Festival.
