About

The festival is a partner festival of the all-Russian open festival-forum of children's and youth screen creativity "boomerang".

The objectives of the festival:

• identification of the most talented students of educational institutions, development of their creative abilities in the field of journalism and film;
• formation of the civil position of young citizens;
• popularization and raising the status of youth media and film studios.

The festival includes three main directions:

• educational: seminars and trainings on journalism, film, photography and personal growth, master classes of professional journalists and filmmakers;
• creative: creating and publishing Newspapers, radio and TV shows, film works, organizing press conferences, meetings with children's creative teams and workers of culture and art, holding a competition of creative works;
• leisure: Grand opening and closing of the festival, talk shows, role-playing games, sightseeing tours.

Nominations of the "Cinema" direction»: 

• Best film work on the theme of the festival.
• Best social movie clip.
• Homework: "Best film work" (participants of the festival provide 1 film work of the Studio, the timing is not more than 20 minutes).

Awards

Winners are awarded with diplomas, certificates and memorable prizes. Results and winners are announced on the festival website and in the festival group.

• Works completed in 2021 or 2022
• Fiction short up to 10 minutes, documentaries up to 15 minutes 
• TV episode up to 5 minutes
• Animation up to 5 minutes 
• Social video up to 5 minutes
