VII International Film Festival «March KinoKot»

About

The March KinoKot will be held in a hybrid format, including an online selection of entries by a jury consisting of figures from the film industry in Russia, the United States, France and Scotland, as well as an in-person award ceremony in Moscow at the end of March 2026.

The purpose of the Film Festival is not only to celebrate talented directors throughout Russia and abroad, but also to help them advance in the film industry, as well as to make new acquaintances.

Rules

Short films created from 2015 to 2026 with a maximum duration of 35 minutes are accepted.

A rental certificate is not required.

Jury and Organizers

Jury members:

1) Loïc PORCHER 
Producer, cinematographer, participant of the Cannes Film Festival, worked with Warner Bros.
More than 15 years of short film production experience.
Filmography: "Higgi, Inspiring Voices", "Le Foyer", "La main, la tête et le coeur", etc.

2) Anthony WHITE 
A classically trained film composer, orchestrator and music producer.
Holder of the FRSA title.
His musical compositions have been featured on Classic FM.
He worked as a demo artist and collaborated with many companies: Abbey Road Studios, AIR Studios, Spitfire Audio, Sonixiema, Orchestral Tools, etc.

3) Oliviia TCARGUSH  
Actress, media creator and author of methods for learning English through acting techniques, graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood.
Member of the Actors Society, a community of Academy graduates.
Actress of the AADA Theatre Company.
Projects: Apple TV+ (The Studio), Netflix (Monsters), Sony (Michael).
The creator of TikTok, a platform with an audience of 430k+, which has grown over the past year.

4) Mariia NIKOLAEVA
Actress, singer, teacher, stand-up comedian.
Participates in theater and film projects, maintains a blog.
She graduated from GITIS, VGIK and screenwriting courses.
Filmography: "Cyber Village", "Univer. 13 years later", "Freshmen", "SuperIvanovs", "Everything is OK" and others.

5) Artyom ZHILYAEV 
Screenwriter, copywriter, editor-in-chief of the Script Academy Darya Lebedeva.
Speaker of the Tavrida Art Cluster, finalist of ArtMasters Regions: CINEMA and THEATER.
Best Screenplay East Village New York Film Festival and Silver Award at the Paris Film Awards for the screenplay for "The Breadwinner" (dir. Tatiana Fedyunina).

6) Evgeny IVAKIN 
Professional colorist, founder of the IVAKIN COLOR CORRECTION AGENCY.
Clients are Sberbank, Aqua Minerale, VSK Insurance House, Subaru, Toyota-Astra Motor, Auto.<url>, VKontakte, and a dozen YouTube bloggers.

7) Bulat SABITOV 
Director of photography with 10 years of experience in film and advertising.
Founder of TomatFilms production company. The host and creator of the project "What are we shooting?" on YouTube.
