International Film Festival "KinoMayak"

About

The film festival is aimed at popularization of visual narration, human feelings, experiences and their dramatic interpretation, through the qualitative short film of young authors. The festival acts as a cultural and educational project aimed at developing and improving the professional level of young filmmakers, as well as a socially-oriented project that affects the problems or successes of people with disabilities.

Awards

The winners of the Film Festival receive memorable diplomas and prizes.

The diploma of the participant of the Film Festival is given to all participants.

Rules

• Age category of participants is up to 35 years.
• To participate in the film festival are invited to Russian and foreign films, made by children, commercials, including those touching on disability issues, as well as work done by people with disabilities or with their direct participation.
• Members of the film festival can be the authors, regardless of the availability of special education or work experience in the cinema, their political or other worldviews that have submitted the relevant application.
• Filled entry form has to be sent to an email. 
• Selection Media Type: DVD, link, sent to an email or Youtube link.

Jury and Organizers

The organizer of the social and cultural project "Decorators of Life" with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Dagestan and the Dagestan branch of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia.

The jury consists of leading figures of culture and art of the Republic of Dagestan, actors, directors, and young people under the age of 35 years.
