About

Kinoles Festival is the main open-air film festival in Russia which is held annually since 2016 on the initiative of the Youth Center of the Union of Cinematographers of St. Petersburg.

Film festival presents short films created by young Russian film directors - students and graduates of film schools. 

Film screenings take place in the evening in the open air on the picturesque coast of the Gulf of Finland in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg.

In addition to film screenings, the festival hosts creative meetings and master classes for a wide audience.

Awards

• Jury award for the Best Film, diplomas for 2 and 3 places.
• Audience award for the Best Film, diplomas for 2 and 3 places.

Rules

• Films up to 30 minutes. 
• Films completed after 2022
