The aim of the International Halicarnassus Film Festival, rewarding the quality of short films of world cinema, filmmakers, and creators to offer support to produce new movies, films, our industry to lead the aesthetic and technical development and contribute to the recognition. The committee includes directors, screenwriters, and artists who are devoted to cinema and visual arts.

Rules

• Registration for the competition should be made via FilmFreeway.com, then the applicant will receive email notification of registration. All films must be submitted in a digital format.
• Non-English films must have English subtitles.
• Submitted films may have been made anywhere in the world, without any distinction.

• Each film may have a maximum length of 30 minutes.
