Biography
Was born in Orongoy, USSR, in 1977. Graduated from the East-Siberian State Academy of Culture and Arts (1999) and the Directing Department of the RATI-GITIS (2004). He has staged performances in the Theater.doc, Practice, and Workshop, and teaches in the theater studio “Schools SEASONS". “Sea-buckthorn summer” - Victor's debut film.
