DirectorBiography
He was born on Sunday afternoon, July 17, 1977 in Moscow. He graduated from the 9th grade of secondary school, then from the College of the Moscow Institute of Forestry, then from the Moscow University of Forestry with a degree in engineering technology. Then he devoted many years to business. In 2009, he got carried away and started shooting and editing videos. He acquired the skills of a cameraman, a director of editing and a director. He created several projects of author's programs. He shot music videos, films about enterprises, and educational ones. He has made several documentaries. In 2025, he entered the workshop of P.S. Lungin and I.L. Volkova, VKSR, specializing in feature film director.
Directors Statement
The film "Elsa" was created as part of a coursework assignment for P.S. Lungin and I.L. Volkova's workshop on the topic "Meeting with an Angel." Initially, I had several ideas, but the idea of a blind man resonated with me the most. A person who cannot see sunlight, in my opinion, deserves to meet an angel. My great-grandfather also went blind in life, and this topic has long intrigued me. Special thanks to Pavel Semyonovich Lungin for helping me develop the idea into the script.
