Biography

He was born in Zelenodolsk, a small town on the Volga River. He studied in Moscow at the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University. He created advertising campaigns for Coca-Cola, Tele2, Nestle, Sberbank and Alfa-Bank. He worked as the creative director of the international advertising agency McCann and Timur Bekmambetov's Bazelevs film company. He starred in his first short film Uma Thurman. Screenwriter, director and creative producer, author of two feature films – the post-horror "Sisters" about domestic violence and the romantic dramedy "There".
