Biography
He was born on January 8, 1981 in the city of Ashgabat in the family of Soviet film director Khojadurda Narliev. At the age of 18, he wrote his first documentary script for the Aral Sea Rescue Fund. In 1998, he moved to Moscow. In 2002, he graduated from the All-Russian Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training of Cinematography Workers with a degree in feature film director. Worked as a second director on various projects until 2008. From 2009 to 2013, he worked as an executive producer on TV. From 2015 to the present, he has directed 12 documentaries. Since 2018, together with Rezo Gigineishvili, he has been producing commercials and music videos.
