About

The International Festival of National Cinema "Golden Fleece 2023" consists of a qualifying stage and a competition program. The festival is a creative competition of short films, the purpose of which is to harmonize national and interethnic (interethnic) relations, as well as to strengthen the all-Russian civic identity and unity of the multinational people of the Russian Federation (Russian nation).

Rules

Works are accepted in 2 main categories: • "GOLDEN FLEECE" Films are invited to participate in the category: - about strengthening interethnic peace and harmony; - about patriotism and civic responsibility; - creating a positive image of their region and increasing its tourist attractiveness. The timing (duration) of the film is up to 20 minutes. The storyline and professional editing (voice acting) are welcome. Both professional film studios and amateurs can apply for this category. The movie must be presented in one of the formats: AVI, MPG, WMV, MOV, MKV, DivX, FLV (FlashVideo). The movie must be uploaded to Yandex. Disk. • "LITTLE GOLDEN FLEECE" Only AMATEUR films on national themes, shot "on the knee" (smartphone, camera, etc.) are invited to participate in the category. Films about friendship between the peoples of the Russian Federation and not only; about patriotism, civic responsibility and interethnic harmony are welcome. The timing (duration) of the film is up to 3 minutes. The movie can be presented in one of the formats: AVI, MPG, WMV, MOV, MKV, DivX, FLV (FlashVideo). The movie must be uploaded to Yandex. Disk.
