About
A unique children's festival, which is the only one of its kind, since the program of the Festival is represented not only by cinematography and animation films, but also by children's telecasts, photographs, videos created by the children themselves.

Rules
- Works completed in 2020-2021.
- Participants of the Festival can be children and adolescents aged 10 to 17 years, vacationing in VDC "Eaglet".
- Fill out entry form and sent via email

The jury consists of 20 children, on the basis of competition of thematic essays.
