Short Movie Club (Unfiltered Cinema)

Short film festival.

The key point of our project is to establish a communication between the filmmaker and the audience.

Short Movie Club tries to avoid "the best of the best" way but we don't ignore it completely, sure. The festival’s jury awards the best film of every section.

Nevertheless, the festival provides every submitter with an opportunity to show the film, discuss and get feedback in the case of visiting.

Screenings are held at National Centre for Contemporary Arts, Cinema theatre “Pioneer”, Muzeum of Belarussian Cinema, Art-space "Miod".

Our team hopes to create a community, brotherhood of filmmakers to celebrate a spirit of indie cinema together. We accommodate selected participants at cottages in beautiful nature place of Minsk. A community of Minsk cinema enthusiasts is involved to host filmmakers. Also, we compile comments of viewers, cinephiles and experts and send them to filmmakers. The another key point of our project is to establish a communication between the filmmaker and the audience.

The «unpurified cinema» is long term studying we are realizing since 2007.
The project aims to provide building of Cinema-van mobile library amphibia`
