On the competition are accepted: positive feature films (up to 45 min), music videos, musicals. Scenarios, songs, musical compositions.This year we accept not only films, but also theatrical productions (musicals, performances)

The festival can be attended by both professional and non-professional filmmakers. It does not matter what you shoot. Your work can be better, even if it is filmed on the phone.

WHICH FILMS ARE POSITIVE? Positive films can be otherwise called as "soulful" or "inspiring." These are works with stories, which show real human values, affirming a cheerful philosophy and positive thinking. Such films always evoke a smile, warm feelings and leave a pleasant "aftertaste" for the audience.

Awards

All participants of the work, heads of film studios of which passed for the final show, receive the diplomas of the participant of the film festival and letters of thanks.

MAIN PRIZE "BEST SHORT FILM" - 260 евро (EUR)

THE MAIN PRIZE (for nominees of the "Musical piggy bank") is a certificate for videotaping a music video (no longer than 8 minutes). The winner is determined by the decision of the jury. One winner from five nominees.

Rules

* Participation is allowed to work created in any year.

* The competition involves playing and music film-video films lasting no more than 45 minutes.

* The number of films submitted to the competition by one author is unlimited.

* The last day of receipt of applications for the competition - July 15, 2019.

* All the films selected in the official program of the festival will be shown during the Festival and pre-festivals (shows for the jury, press, festival sessions in theaters).

* Copyrights are entirely owned by filmmakers (authors, producers) of the film, according to international copyright standards.

* Pre-selected works of directors taken in any production year take part in the competition program of the festival.

* Duration of work up to 45 minutes.

*To participate in the competition are accepted game and music films. Theater productions.

* The competition can participate films previously shown in the programs of other festivals.

* The final decision to include the film in the contest program is taken by the organizing committee of the festival, which reserves the right to not explain to the authors-applicants of the works of art the reason for the refusal.
