About
UF "Svoboda (Freedom)" is fair, independent cinematic competition without borders. The festival accepts feature and short films, animation and documentaries, and scenarios of short movies.

Rules
Applying to the festival, the participant confirms that he is familiar with the requirements of the Russian legislation, does not violate them, agree to the terms of the festival, including the publication of materials from the film (frame), as well as consents to the processing and storage of their personal data. Also, the participant confirms that he has the copyright on the film. The participant also agrees to make a voluntary contribution to support activities of the festival.Contributions made by mistake are not refundable.
