About
The film festival "Saint Vladimir" is created to popularize films and television programs that affirm spiritual, moral and family values. Russian and foreign state and independent television companies, film studios, production centers, as well as individuals can take part in the Festival. The works submitted for the competition must comply with high moral standards, the ideals of human service to goodness and love, show examples of spiritual growth and asceticism.

Prize for the best embodiment of the image of the father. Prize for the best children's role.
Prize of the President of the Festival.
The criteria for evaluating works submitted for the competition are: revealing the foundations of Christian culture; artistic merit of works created on modern and historical literary material; other criteria determined by the selection committee and the jury in the course of the examination work.
Rules
Fiction, documentary and animation films, series, TV-programs produced in 2021−2022.
Fiction, documentary and animation films, series, and television programs released from January 1, 2021 to 2022 (inclusive) are allowed to participate.
Both films that have already won prizes at festivals and the sympathy of the audience, as well as debut films that have not yet been released on screens and have not received distribution certificates, are accepted.
Films submitted to the competition must:
in an artistic form to talk about the life of society and our contemporaries as heirs of the best traditions of Russian culture and the Christian religion;
promote family values; approve the principles of interethnic accord, dialogue of cultures and confessions;
cover various periods of the history of Christianity, talk about the formation and traditions of the Orthodox Church; reveal the distinctive features of Russian civilization and the Russian World;
to develop the interest of viewers in the sights of Crimea, to promote the development of tourism and information support for pilgrimage trips;
promote Christian missionary preaching through artistic means.
