About
The film festival "Saint Vladimir" is created to popularize films and television programs that affirm spiritual, moral and family values. Russian and foreign state and independent television companies, film studios, production centers, as well as individuals can take part in the Festival. The works submitted for the competition must comply with high moral standards, the ideals of human service to goodness and love, show examples of spiritual growth and asceticism.

The criteria for evaluating works submitted for the competition are: revealing the foundations of Christian culture; artistic merit of works created on modern and historical literary material; other criteria determined by the selection committee and the jury in the course of the examination work.
Rules
Acceptance of applications for participation in the competition starts from March 1, 2024 and will be carried out until August 15, 2024 at the official e-mail address: stvladimir-fest@mail.ru, the announcement of the acceptance of applications is posted on the official website of the film festival http://st -vladimir.ru
Fiction and documentary films, as well as television programs produced no earlier than January 1, 2023 by film studios, television companies, creative associations, as well as independent authors are allowed to participate in the competitive selection.
The application for participation must include a completed application form with the permission of the copyright holder to show the film (TV program) in the cinema during the days of the festival, a link to download the film, a photo of the director and still frames from the film for the catalog. The competition is held in six main categories: documentary feature film; documentary short film (up to 39 min.); feature film; a feature short film (up to 39 min.), and a film on a military-patriotic theme “For the Motherland!”. Also, an out-of-competition special nomination is being established: “Crimea in the frame”.
