The Seoul International Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival (SESIFF) introduces various foreign extreme-short films to Korea and actively discovers and supports extreme-short film directors to contribute to Korea’s film development. SESIFF contributes in creating a cosmopolitan cultural environment where anyone can enjoy movies in various places beyond cinemas and through various channels.
The SESIFF is an international film festival consisted of competition, non-competition and production support program.

No premiere requirement
Extreme-short film must be less than 5 minute. Regardless of shooting method and genre.
Short film must be from 5 minutes to 15minutes.
Film for competition should be no longer than 90 seconds. Films should be free of extreme violent or obscene content and should be suitable for public showing. Films would be screened without sound and even dialogues as it would be screened in subways.
