About
"OVERCOMING" is a film festival of films about Paralympians, athletes with disabilities, veterans of military operations who realize themselves in sports, and about a healthy lifestyle.
The festival is a single creative socio-cultural platform for Paralympians, athletes with disabilities, veterans of the SVO, residents of the Lipetsk region, the professional community of filmmakers and youth, thus promoting the popularization of sports professions, a healthy lifestyle, and the formation of demand for modern patriotic cinema.
