Nordic Youth Film Festival

About

International ptoject for young filmmakers between 15 and 26 years old. Started by the wish to support young local filmmakers and to get an idea how our neighbours making film and telling stories discovered NUFF the world of the Youth Cinema.

The quality of the films increases, the incredible atmosfere of the workshops and the growing network of filmmakers, partners and projects is making NUFF to a unique summer event behind the polar circle under the overwhelming midnight sun.

Awards

• International Award: Best film.
• 360 international: Best film

Rules

International competition:

• The prize will go to a film that is directly or indirectly connected to the UN goals for change for democracy, poverty, human rights, environment, peace and conflict;
• Films no longer than 20 minutes;
• Qualified are films produced in the last 2 years by filmmakers up to 26 years old from all over the world but the Nordic countries.

Documents and Other Requisite Items

Submission is available via festival site.

Whenever possible, please send a photo from the film and of the filmmaker(s) for the festival catalogue and the press.

All films submitted for the festival will remain with NUFF for individual/scientific purposes.
