Purpose:

Formation of a community and the creation of precedents for substantive and semantic communication of young animators and media teams.

Goals:

• Organization of the Internet space for the inclusion of young authors in the children's animated community, demonstrating various areas and technologies of animated creativity;
• accompaniment and promotion of creative initiatives of young authors.

Awards

The competition requires prizes and diplomas. Diplomas of participation are sent to all authors or groups of authors in electronic form. Winners who receive 1st, 2nd and 3rd places are awarded with prizes and printed diplomas.

Rules

• Cartoons with a shooting speed of at least 8 frames per second are accepted for the competition.
• The competition accepts cartoons made using the frame-by-frame animation (stop-motion) technique using any materials (shifting, subject, volume, hand-drawn animation), as well as computer animation (two-dimensional and three-dimensional).
• The cartoon must be created no earlier than March 1, 2022.

• Residents of all countries can become participants in the competition:
  - children under 18 years old inclusive at the time of the creation of the cartoon;
  - families with children under 18 years of age at the time of the creation of the cartoon.
