«LINE» Youth Film Festival

About

The II All-Russian Youth Film Festival "LINE" is being held for the second time.

The Festival is open to all interested individuals and creative teams, regardless of their place of residence, citizenship, or language, who create unique film and animation products and are aged 27 and under (inclusive).

The works of the finalists will be broadcast on the official resources of the Festival.

Participation in the Festival and all Festival events is free of charge.

Awards

 Nominations for participants of all age categories (7-18 years old and 18- 27 years old):

• Short film (up to 20 minutes)
• Animated film (up to 10 minutes)
• Social advertisement (up to 2 minutes)

The winners will be awarded diplomas.

All Festival participants who did not take prizes are awarded a participant diploma.

Rules

• works created not earlier than 2024;

• subtitles in Russian or English (for works created in a foreign language);

• participants must comply with the limitations on the duration of the work (clause 7.1 of the Festival Regulations);

• all participants submit their applications online;

• works must not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation;

• it is recommended to submit works in high resolution.

Jury and Organizers

To evaluate submissions and select the winners, a Festival Jury is formed, consisting of representatives of the Festival organizer, figures from the fields of culture and art, as well as experts in cinematography and journalism.

The Administration of the Akademichesky District of Yekaterinburg, the Department of Education of the Akademichesky District of Yekaterinburg, Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary General Education School No. 16, "16 MEDIA" Media Center, "KIDSTUDIO" Animation Studio.

Organizers:

Pavel Kuznetsov – Festival Director, Member of the Association of Media Education Specialists, Head of the "16 MEDIA" Media Center.

Maksim Mukhamedkhanov – Animation Teacher, Head of the "KID-STUDIO" Children's Animation Studio.
