About

The international short film festival "KinoSTART" was founded in 2016 and is held for the second time in 2019. In the future the film festival will be held annually.

The jury of the festival - famous figures of art and cinema in Russia and the USA.

• Best directing 
• Best cinematographer
• Best film score 
• Best male role
• Best female role 
• Best battle scene 
• Best stunt work
• Best screenplay

Each participant of the competition will receive a festival diploma. 

Rules

• Films of any genres, the content of which does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, are allowed to the competition.
• Timing without restrictions, mainly up to 18 minutes.
• To submit fill out entry form and send it via email. 
• After applying, you must pay the registration fee in the amount of 1500 rubles.
