The principal difference between the festival and other "children's film festivals" held in Russia is that the festival's competition program includes films created for children, youth and family audiences by professional filmmakers from different countries. 

Awards

Prize-winners of the film festival are awarded with prizes-statuettes.
The following Prizes are awarded at the Film Festival;
- Prize for the best film of the feature film competition program; - Prize for the best director;
- Prize for the best script;
- Prize for the best female role;
- Prize for the best male role;
- Prize for the best camera work;
- Prize for the best film of the short film competition program;

Rules

Terms and Conditions
For participation in the full-length feature and documentary film competition program are accepted feature films, which are the work of the director, produced in 2023-2024, shot in Russian with English subtitles and other world languages with Russian subtitles.
For participation in the Short Film Competition Program, feature films produced in 2023-2024, shot in Russian and other world languages with Russian subtitles, not exceeding 15 (fifteen) minutes in length are accepted.
For participation in the competition program of the animation block are accepted projects, which are the work of the director, produced in 2023-2024, filmed in Russian with English subtitles and other world languages with Russian subtitles.
Competition works may be posted on YouTube, Vimeo, etc. in the "Access by link" mode until the results of the Film Festival are summarized, with the indication of access passwords (if any). In the application form for participation in the Competition, a link to the posted work is indicated.
The selection committee of the festival, conducts the initial selection, then all materials are reviewed by the jury.
