The CIFRA International Youth Video Festival is a modern cultural and educational project aimed at developing the creative potential and bringing the cultural aspirations of young people to life.
Awards
Summarizing
1. The best works in each nomination will be awarded as winners or laureates.
2. The jury has the right to award special diplomas to individual participants of the Festival
(“best editing”, “best visual design”, etc.).
3. The winner of the audience award will be determined by Internet voting.
4. The jury has the right to decide whether or not to award the Grand Prix.
Rules
Our rules:
1. Video works can be filmed with any digital camera, including a smartphone.
2. When evaluating the quality of the work, first of all, its content, uniqueness, creativity and the desire of the author to say something important about the world, about today, about culture, about their land, about history or memory will be taken into account.
3. All works not in Russian must be accompanied by subtitles in Russian or English.
4. The theme of this year is “Yesterday, today, tomorrow”: video works that touch on social, socio-political, environmental, psychological, family, cultural problems of modern life and the recent past are allowed to participate in the Festival.
5. Only students of secondary and higher educational institutions can take part in the Festival.

The Festival is held by the Cultural and Educational Center of the Student Union of Lomonosov Moscow State University and Higher School of Television of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
