The CIFRA International Youth Video Festival is a modern cultural and educational project aimed at developing the creative potential and bringing the cultural aspirations of young people to life.

The festival has been held since 2021.

Theme of the 2025 Festival is Time
“Time as it is. Fleeting, difficult, happy, the only one, yesterday’s, the one that must definitely come, the one you don’t feel, the one that determines your destiny, strange, inexplicable, time in memories and grandiose plans, slipping through your fingers and pressing on you, time of love, loneliness, searching for yourself, meaning, your path, friends, truth.”
Participants in 2025 are invited to reflect on this topic in the genres of feature, documentary, animated short films and in the “author’s format” genre.

Awards

Summing up
1. Based on the results of the work of the Youth Jury and the Grand Jury, a shortlist (the best works in each genre) will be determined and published. The authors of the works included in the shortlist become finalists.
2. The work included in the shortlist has the right to compete for the title of winner.
3. The jury has the right to award special diplomas to individual participants of the Festival from among the finalists ("best director", "best editing", "best visual design", "best artistic solution", etc.).
4. Based on the decision of the jury, some works from among the finalists will be put to online voting, the winner of which will become the owner of the audience sympathy prize. Any user of the Vkontakte social network can take part in the online voting.
5. The jury has the right to decide whether or not to award the Grand Prix.
6. The authors of the winning works will be invited to the in-person closing ceremony of the Festival in Moscow, which will take place from April 20 to May 18, 2025 (the exact date will be announced later).
7. The participants’ travel expenses are at the expense of the sending party, and their accommodation is at the expense of the host party.

▪ "Profi Juventus"

Young film directors and videographers, recent graduates and senior students of educational institutions are invited to participate.

▪ "Profi Futurum"

Students of secondary and higher educational institutions are invited to participate.

▪ Special thematic nomination dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War

- "Memory in granite" (films about monuments)

- "The search" (films about people conducting military search work)

Students of secondary and higher educational institutions, as well as graduates, are invited to participate.
