About

In 2026, the All-Russian Media Content Festival "CYBERS" will be held—an educational and competitive project for schoolchildren and students aged 14 to 25. Held under the auspices of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, the festival aims to develop youth media literacy, support talented creators, and create socially significant media content.
The project is organized by the National Cultural Center "Action" with the support of the Federal Agency for Nationalities and the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives.

Awards

The Organizing Committee will cover the costs of participation of Russian finalists in the Festival's in-person program (transportation, accommodation, meals, handouts, and access to the Festival's educational and cultural program) using funds from the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives grant and the Organizer's own funds. The winners of the Festival's final stage will be awarded statuettes and valuable prizes.

Rules

Individuals aged 14-22 who meet the requirements of these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as Participants) may participate in the Festival. Members of the regional branches of the CYBERS Media Movement receive additional points in the selection of Festival finalists, as confirmed by the regional head of the CYBERS Media Movement.
Competitive Selection: From March 16 to May 15, 2026, participate in the Festival's competitive selection online. To be included in the selection round, you must publish your original content on at least two personal social media accounts of the Participant and/or your regional branch of the CYBERS Media Movement, and present your work at least one lecture (meeting, event) at your educational institution (class, group). Winners will be announced no later than May 30, 2026.
The final stage will take place in June 2026 in Nizhny Novgorod, both in person and online, as part of Russia Day celebrations from June 10 to June 13, 2026.
