Rules

• No restrictions for themes. 
• Entrants must be not older than 35 years old — both professionals and amateurs.
• Children's category under 18 years. 
• Fiction, documentary, Videoclip (animation, commercial, music videos, social videos). 
• The national program "Young Russia" accepts short feature films from the regions of the Russian Federation without age restrictions.
