International Film Festival
About
The International Film Festival Innsbruck mainly presents films from and about Africa, Asia and Latin America. It takes place every year for five days in Innsbruck. The Festival is supported by the Government of the Bundesland Tyrol, the City Government of Innsbruck, the Austrian Federal Government and Cine Tirol Film Commission & Fund. The official selection includes two competitions, each for feature-length films: the International Competition and the Competition for the best film from a french speaking country. Furthermore the festival organizes a non-competitive section, tributes and focuses.
