The application deadlines are from June 20, 2023 to August 1, 2023 inclusive. There is no fee for submitting an application to participate in the competition.
You can apply for participation in the competition on the website of the Kremniy festival http://kino-nso.ru/cmpttnnks.
The list of films selected for the competition program will be published on the website of the Kremniy festival no later than 2 (two) weeks before the start of the festival, that is, before August 13.
Producers and authors of selected works will be notified in advance by e-mail. The festival does not pay license fees for screening films selected for the competition.
The decision of the expert commission is final and cannot be commented on or discussed. Thank you for understanding.

Rules
The competition accepts documentary and animated/experimental films dedicated to scientific and industrial topics and shot by Russian directors at film studios located in the regions of Siberia and the Far East, and completed by production after January 1st, 2021 (the production date is determined by the copyright indicated on the film or video copies). Films with dialogues require Russian subtitles if the original language of the film is not Russian.

Jury and Organizers
The composition of the jury will be announced later.
Films submitted for participation in the competition that meet its subject and formal criteria are considered by the expert council. Films selected by experts in the competition program are considered by the jury and determine the winners in all categories. The expert council (at least 5 people) and the jury (at least 5 people) include filmmakers, film critics, representatives of the scientific and industrial communities.
