About

The International Mobile Film Festival "Aesthetics of the Frame 1.0: Siberian Soul" is an online competition that accepts works in 3 categories:

1) short films up to 15 minutes.

2) a video clip of 3 minutes.

3) vertical videos (reels) up to 1 minute.

The organizers of the festival hold it in an online format, with the final screening of works in the cinema and online communication with the participants and members of the jury.

Diplomas and awards are sent to participants by mail.​

The festival was created to identify talented filmmakers and promote short films.

On the one hand, having a smartphone in your pocket opens up limitless opportunities for creativity, especially in the field of budget availability and resources, and on the other hand, the titanic work of combining a screenwriter, director, cameraman and actor in one person. Mobile cinema is the discovery and innovation of this time! This is an opportunity to declare yourself, about your author's vision, to share your creativity with the world!

The "Grand Prix of the Festival" (one work from all three nominations) is the choice of the Festival Organizer, where the main prize is Iphone 14 PRO 128 G.

Participants have a chance to receive additional prizes from the Organizer, partners and sponsors.

*The members of the jury, as well as the Organizers of the Festival reserve the right to add a nomination for awarding or not to appoint a winner in the categories.

*There may be additional prizes from the organizers and partners, but they can be modified depending on the availability of goods and the decision of the organizers.

*Additionally, all participants who have been included in the main shortlist and won in the above-mentioned nominations are entitled to place the corresponding Festival icon (logo, nomination and indication of the year - 2023) on their festival works, and the winners are awarded with commemorative statuettes and additional prizes from the organizers.

The organizer of the festival is ANO Creative Studio "Mantra".

TThe Jury:

- Ilya Bachurin is a Russian film and television producer, co-founder of the Glavkino film and television studio, creative producer of the World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi (2017), public ambassador of the Year of the Volunteer in Russia (2018).General Director of the Moscow State Budgetary Institution "Mosconcert" since April 12, 2021.

- Igor Kobzev is a Belarusian producer of short films, documentaries and feature films. One of the most famous projects of Qazaq: History of the Golden Man about Nursultan Nazarbayev, the first president of Kazakhstan.

- Sarfaraz Alam is an Indian producer, organizer of the Indian Film Festival in Russia. Studied filmmaking at the New York Film Academy in the USA. After that, he shot his first feature film, Tears of Nandigram. He has received numerous awards around the world, including for his participation in the Jagran Film Festival in New Delhi and the Indian Film Festival in Berlin.

- Dmitry Sinkevich is a Belarusian producer, actor, director, screenwriter. The author of the series of feature films "The Adventurer". She is a model of famous brands (Lacoste, Alas, Dreamer).He was awarded by experts and the people's jury as a participant of the Smartfilm VokaTV festival, implemented the project with the support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), winner of 3 places in the Divo Eurasia competition, winner of many awards around the world.

- Olga Tereshchenko - Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Russian Academy of Intellectual Property. Candidate of Legal Sciences. Intellectual property expert. Winner of the Grand Prix "For mentoring in the field of innovation and intellectual property". Regular participant of working groups on the development of legislation in the field of IP. Winner of the II season of the All-Russian competition "League of Lecturers". Mentor of the Future Leaders Foundation.

- Alexander Akimov - blogger, reels expert. 195 thousand Instagram followers* (a banned network in the Russian Federation), about 30 thousand were recruited in 3 months with the help of Reels. Founder of the school of realsmakers "Kolenka Pictures" (more than 5000 issues). Created for Rita Dakota, Black Star, Gillette, Marriott, Lexus, etc. I sold 2 villas in Bali with the help of Reels, shooting a commercial.

 

- Oleg Koledov. Chairman of the Committee on creative Industries and Tourism of the regional branch of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the All-Russian public organization of small and medium-sized enterprises "OPRAH OF RUSSIA". Head of the Board of the Siberian Film-Industrial Fund (SKIF) "55 PARALLEL". Director and producer of the New Scythia film Company, engaged in the production/production of various formats of audio-visual content from promotional videos and clips to documentary and feature films. He is the author and passionate ambassador of the idea of creating a film industry and other creative industries in Siberia.
