Mission Statement — To provide makers of all film genres a venue through which they enrich themselves and their audiences by engaging with film.
Awards
«Best Of Category», «Honorable Mention», and «People’s Choice» awards will be awarded at the festival Closing Party. Award winners will also be showcased on the FLIC website and Facebook page. Screened films will receive recognition through the screening schedule and a certificate. All accepted films will receive a certificate of participation.

- Shorts: maximum 30 minutes
