About

The intention of the festival is to encourage and promote human serenity, joy and laughter, as an important factor in the situation of the human spirit. This way we promote one of the human qualities, which in this age of hustle and difficulty of living is very important, but often neglected.

Also various film authors shall present the Croatian audience their creative work, and in a pleasant atmosphere to socialize with their peers, and their contributions have a positive impact on the development of film production and culture in Croatia.

Who laughs the last, laughs too late …

Awards

The awards are statues with the logo of Fifes and diplomas.

Rules

• The film mustn’t be older than 3 years
• Films mustn’t last longer than 15 minutes
• Films that promote racism, or any other form of intolerance or pornography shall not be included in the selection committee.
• Subtitles language: english
• Movies can be sent by electronic mail (email completed application form in .doc format and scanned signature in .jpg or .pdf format, and the film must be sent over www.wetransfer.com or a similar path), or by regular mail with a fully completed and signed application form which should be sent on sender cost and movies recorded in HDV or DVD video format.
