About

Eko International Film festival is owned and organized by Supple Communications Limited, the publishers of Supple magazine, the first film festivals and culture magazine in Africa showing previews and reviews of movies and interviews. The mission of this Nigeria’s leading international film festival held in the coastal mega city of Lagos is to promote the appreciation of Arts and Culture through the motion picture arts and sciences and boost tourism in the global village. The festival has is a key focus on workshops and industry meetings, delivered by regional and international film experts.

ONLY SPONSORED PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED.

Rules

  • Films must fit into one of the seven categories.
  • All music and other copyrighted materials used in the films must be original or filmmakers must have obtained permission in writing from the owner, such permissions to be submitted with the film.
  • Films that have played in Nigeria in a theatrical setting to a public audience are not eligible to be screened at the festival.
  • Fill in the entry form and send with the DVD to the festival's address or submit via Filmfreeway.
  • Subtitles language: English

National premiere required.
