Dublin International Short Film and Music Festival

About

We are an independent festival dedicated to bring together established musicians and filmmakers in a forum to celebrate the short films. Musicians who can provide great music and work together with filmmakers.DISFMF is for SHORT FILMS that are 35 minutes OR LESS in length and musicians. We welcome films of nearly every type and style, including Music Videos, Animation, Documentaries and Narratives. All entries are viewed by a panel of judges, and are carefully evaluated on a "point system" for their technical quality, script development, acting, and entertainment value. The films that earn the most points become "Official Entries", and will be shown to the community in our film festival.

Rules

• Films that have been produced after 1 January 2018.
• No premiere requirements.
• We will accept films of nearly every type and style, such as music videos, documentaries, horror, comedy, etc , with the following restrictions: No unfinished, in-progress, or rough cut projects will be accepted by our judges. 
• Entries should not exceed 35 minutes in duration excluding titles provided the titles don't last for more than 1 extra minute.
