About

Dreamer film festival seeks to expand the boundaries of creativity for children, establish international cooperation and discover new talents. We want to bring together all the children and adolescents who love cinema, shooting and dream of connecting their lives with this form of art. Dream and shoot!

Goals and objectives of the festival:

• Development of children's and youth cinema in Kazakhstan
• Involving students in a cultural event
• Strengthening creative ties between children from different countries
• Attracting public attention to children's creativity
• Creation of an international fund for the best children's films

Rules

Participants of the film festival:

• Young directors from 7 to 17 years and from 18 to 30 years old can take part regardless of their place of residence and citizenship, as well as youth and children's studios, centers and schools.
• To participate send the filled application form along with 2-3 stills from the film, a photograph of the director or creative team, the logo of the educational organization, if any. Works should be sent through a file hosting service (Yandex.Disk, Google.Disk, Cloud Mail.ru, etc.).
• Duration no more than 30 minutes.
• Films created in the period from 2021-2024.
