Dieciminuti Film Festival

About

Dieciminuti Film Festival is an international short film competition born in 2005 in Ceccano, center of Italy. It is structured in 5 competitive sections (Official Selection, Extralarge, Animations, Remakes and "Visti da vicino"). Since 2005 more than 2000 short films and 5000 spectators had contributed to the rising of this festival.

Program

• Official Selection: International Short Movies;
• ExtraLarge: International Short Movies of 15 minutes or less;
• Animations.

Awards

• Winner of Official Selection: 600,00 € + Hercules;
• Winner of ExtraLarge: 400,00 € + Hercules;
• Winner of Animations: 200,00 € + Hercules;
• The Jury will awards also the following prizes: Best Screenplay, Best Editing, Best Photography, Best Original Soundtrack, Best Actor, Best Actress, with the Hercules, the new award of the Festival;
• The Organizers will award a movie that has particular social intentions whit the “Premio Speciale IndieGesta”, consisting in the Hercules.

Rules

Restirctions

• Any Director can inscribe only 1 movie for any competitive section;
• Official Selection (International Short Movies of 10 minutes or less, produced after the 1st January 2023);
• ExtraLarge (International Short Movies of 15 minutes or less, produced after the 1st January 2023);
• Animations (International Animated Movies of 10 minutes or less, produced after the 1st January 2023).

Documents and Other Requisite Items

Any participant has to send:

• The Entry Form (Printed and Signed after downloaded in the website www.dieciminuti.it); 
• One picture of the movie and Two lines of synopsys;
• A copy of the movie in DVD with the video file in one of the following formats: MPG, MOV, MP4, VOB;
• The short movies must be subtitled in Italian or in English. For the English subtitles must be attached also a copy of the dialogue list;
• It’s possible to subscribe the festival also sending the short film by the Movibeta, Festhome, Uptofest, Click for Festival platforms. The condition is that all the requested material is enclosed with the short film.
