About
The “Copper Flower” International Youth Film Festival takes place annually on the third Saturday of November in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, the copper capital of the Urals. The festival accepts films made by youth and young film directors under the age of 35 from all over the world.
The festival program can include works of any genre, short and full-length films, as well as film scripts.
The jury of the festival, in addition to recognized experts from the field of cinema and culture, includes children and young people. The children's and youth jury evaluates the works in the categories corresponding to their age group.

Rules
Basic requirements for films:
- the age of the director should be up to 35 years
- the running time of the film must be less than 30 minutes for short films (including credits) and less than 95 minutes for full-length films (including credits)
- one participant can send no more than 3 films to participate in one nomination
- the music in the film should be original, or the film makers should have permission to use it in the finished project.
- participation in the festival is free of charge
Preferred Format of Films:
1920×1080 (Full HD, 1080p), but not less than 720х576. Sound 24 kHz or higher and compression: MP3, WAV, AAC.
