International Children's Film Festival Bangladesh

About

The main objective of the festival is to open a new world of cinema to the children of
Bangladesh and to give them an exposure to the culture and tradition of different countries
through film as a powerful media of art.

The festival is non-competitive in nature but competitions will be held between the films made
by Bangladeshi children which will be judged by a panel of child jury. Feature, short, animation
and documentary film suitable for children below 18 years old will be shown in the festival.

There will be following sections in the festival:

• International Panorama: Contemporary World Cinema for Children.
• Bangladesh Panorama: Children's Films Made in Bangladesh.
• Flashback: World Classics Suitable for Children.
• Special Films: Films for / on Disabled Children and Minority Groups.
• Competitive Sections.

Child Filmmakers’ Section: 
1. Best Film: Crest and Certificate

International Film Competition: 
1. Best Director: Crest, Certificate 
2. Best Feature Film: Crest, Certificate 
3. Best Short Film: Crest, Certificate 

Rules

• The film must be suitable for children under the age of 18. 
• The film must be suitable under the common social and religious values of Bangladesh. 
• Fill out the entry form and provide the film by post or online. Or submit via Filmfreeway.
• Subtitles language: english
