About

The mail aim - is to promote and spread the best Italian and international cinema. In just two years the Bif&st has become one of the most important Italian cinema events, attended by about 25.000 spectators in the 5 days of the 2009 edition, and about 45.000 spectators in 2010.

• International Premieres – non-competitive section,
• Italiafilmfest – feature films section,
• Italiafilmfest – first and second films section,
• Italiafilmfest – documentaries section, 
• Concorto arcipelago – national competition for short films.

Awards

• International Award for the director of the best film
• International Award for the best actor
• International Award for the best actress

Rules

Premieres – non-competitive section:

• Films from Italy and abroad, produced in 2023−24, preferably world premieres or however Italian premieres. Selected films may have been presented at other major international festivals, except Italian festivals.

Subtitles language: English

Documents and Other Requisite Items

• The entry form must be filled in online.
• A screener of the film – only on DVD or Blu-Ray – together with a print of the entry form, must be sent by mail.
